Angel Tree set up starts at our Christmas Depot onMonday, November 27th! Volunteers age 18 and over are needed from 9am to 12pm to help set up the Angel Tree boxes for the families we will serve in 2017!
Angel Tree sorters are needed startingMonday, December 4thto assist with checking incoming Angel Tree Donations. Volunteers for this event must be 18 or older and can be used anytime during the day- 8:00am to 2:00pm at our Christmas Depot.
Our two Set-Up Saturdays will be help on12/2 and 12/9 from 8:30 am-12pm.Please note this year we start at 8:30 am and not 8:00 am as we have in previous years.This is a great event to get youth involved in! We need 200 volunteers for each Saturday- volunteers will assist with packing food bags, sorting stockings, and Angel Tree Donations.
Distribution will take place 12/14-/12/15, and 12/18-12/20 with a clean up day on 12/21.Distribution volunteers must be 18 and older only (no exceptions). Volunteers can sign up for the AM shift 8:00am-12:15pm or the PM shift 12:00pm-5:00pm. Clean up day- 12/21 volunteers will be needed from 9:00am-1:00pm.
Thanksgiving and Christmas Volunteer Opportunities will be open for sign-ups starting 10/1/2017.
