About
The Apple Seeds Teaching Farm is looking for folks interested in volunteering in our organic vegetable, herb, and flower gardens from 8:00-Noon, Mondaythrough Friday (no green thumb required!). Volunteers will participate directly alongside our Farm Manager in all aspects of the garden including planting, harvesting, weeding, mulching, fertilizing, and fighting bugs. Volunteers are welcome to take home some produce on harvest days, and hopefully will learn a lot about organic and sustainable gardening!
Parking is located at the Gulley Park Parking lot off of Old Wire Road. The Farm is a two minute walk north up the walking path.
At 8:00 am there MAY NOT be anyone in the office. The Farm Manager will be back in the main garden.
