Sugar Skull Making

Saturday, October 4th, 2014 from 9:00am to 4:00pm

About

We are looking for volunteers to help us get ready for the ESB-MACC Día de Los Muertos Event, November 1, 2014, by creating as many sugar skulls as possible! They are easy to make and if kept dry, they can last a long time.

During Dia de los Muertos, (Days of the Dead) a favorite among the children and adults are the candy sugar skulls. Sugar Skulls are a traditional folk art from Southern Mexico used to celebrate Day of the Dead.
