About
The West Bouldin Creek Greenbelt is a 17 acre green space situated in the heart of South Austin between the Bouldin Creek and the Zilker neighborhoods. It features over a mile of trails, a creek with a rock-hop and an Urban Spring. It is a habitat to many native plants, as well as wildlife ranging from foxes , amphibians and variety of birds.
The greenbelt is a beautiful place for a hike, a bike ride or to watch birds - and we would like to show it off on It's My Park Day!
Please join us for refreshments, trail tours and an explanation of plans for enhancement of the second trail head at Post Oaks.
The Parks Committee will tell you about opportunities to get more involved in the care of our green spaces - through annual creek cleanings, trail maintenance, invasive species removals or planting of native ones..
