Description
Come Join the City of Austin Park Rangers restore a section of the Barton Creek Wilderness Park. We are looking to restore an area that invasive species were removed. We have saplings that need planting, planting acorns, and some removal of invasive species that is coming back in from the seed bank. Wear long pants and close toed shoes. We will supply all the tools, water, and plants. The work will be light to moderate and all ages are welcome. If children are under 18, we ask they be accompanied by an adult. Meet at the cul-de-sac at the end of Mesa Village Drive (4100 Mesa Village Drive 78735) at 8:45. Feel free to reach out if you have questions at Patrick.Chaiken@austintexas.gov
