Franklin High School Volunteer Fair - Nonprofit Registration

Thursday, November 15th, 2018 from 3:15pm to 5:00pm (PT)


Day of Operations: November 15th, 2018

  • 2:00-2:20 Start walking to Franklin High School, Check-in at the main hall in franklin campus and have tour around after.
  • 2:40-3:10 Set up in the cafeteria

  • 3:15-4:40 Volunteer Fair is open to students

  • 4:45-5:00 Breakdown (possibly take group picture) and head out

  • Student contacts will be sent out within the next two days

Materials Allowed [and not] at the Volunteer Fair

  1. Flyers, brochure, business cards, poster board

  2. Future event flyers, banners, flags

  3. Activities: games, Jenga, guessing game, roulette wheel

  4. Any non-hazardous props: t-shirts, stickers, packaged small treats.

  5. These items are not allowed:

    1. Sign up sheet for events, drugs, and weapons.

Volunteer Fair Expectations


  2. Sign in at the table when you arrive, and sign out when the Volunteer Fair is over.

  3. Wear your badge at all times until the Volunteer Fair ends.

  4. Do not leave your booth unattended unless you have notified any volunteer with a host badge.

  5. Return your badges after the Volunteer Fair.

  6. Near the beginning of the Volunteer Fair take a group picture.

  7. Wear something that will correspond with the theme.

    1. EX. sweater that is warm tone, fall weather related, etc.

Requirement Details
We require every nonprofit to have background checks for any volunteer 18 years of age.
At this event we are able connect the relationship between students and nonprofit organizations.
Parking Details
You may park anywhere in the neighborhood besides Clinton east of 52nd & teacher’s parking lot.
Please do not block the neighbor’s driveway & Fire Hydrants
