DSACT Speech Program

Saturday, February 7th, 2015 from 8:00am to 3:00pm

About

The Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas (DSACT )will be conducting a speech program based on grant funds they recently received. The speech program will need volunteers for a few hours 1-2 times a month on a Saturday to assist in child directed play, preparing the space for instruction, as well as aiding families with challenging behaviors. The program will be conducted at Speak Freely, which is a private practice in south Austin. No experience is required other than the love of children!

It is a year long project so even if someone can't begin the commitment now maybe throughout the year they could help out. The program begin in January of 2015 and ends December 2015.
