Josephine Chu and Yolanda Hawthorne are co-founders of Zenful Bites, a social enterprise that provides eco-catering services. Zenful Bites offers plant-based cuisine along with sustainable meat and seafood options, and specializes in catering to people with dietary preferences such as vegan, gluten free, nut allergies, etc. Through partnering with local organizations, Zenful Bites has provided healthy cooking demos to over 5,000 people.
