Red Cross Volunteer Screening Training Workshop

American Red Cross is seeking administrative volunteers to join our volunteer screening team! Students will gain professional experience in nonprofit management and will learn about aspects of volunteer management including recruitment, screening, and communications.

Volunteer Screeners gather relevant information about prospective volunteer candidates and match them to  positions they are best suited for. Sceeners are trained to use our online volunteer management system and provide an excellent experience for all new volunteers!

Time Commitment: 2-4 Hours/week
This position is flexible and can be done from home.

A training workshop will be held Tuesday, 11/13 from 5:30 to 8 pm at the Greensboro Red Cross office (1501 Yanceyville Street). Volunteers must fill out an application at redcross.org/volunteer and email Kasey Marshall at l kasey.marshall@redcross.org to RSVP!
