• Dress code is black pants, red t-shirt, and nonslip shoes.
• Check in begins at 10:00 am and all groups should arrive at the Bud Walton loading dock on the southeast side of the building to check in by 11:30am at the latest.
• Parking is at Baum East and the shuttle starts running at 10:30am until we finish up. If you have a blue reserved parking permit you can also park at Pomfret.
Stand Assignments for this game are as follows:
Stand 1 – Core – Farmington Band (12 volunteers)
Stand 2 – Pizza – Farmington Band (6 volunteers)
Stand 5 - Core – George Jr. High (12 volunteers)
Stand 6 – Core – Visionairi (12 volunteers)
Stand 8 – Core – Madison County (12 volunteers)
Stand 10- Core – Springdale Sox
