Tutors and Mentors Needed

If you're seeking to make an impact in the local community and serve as a role model for hispanic youth, then this position is for you! The 4-H Youth Program is seeking volunteers at our weekly on-campus, Saturday morning classes at Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Volunteers would serve as mentors and tutors for our students grades 6-12. The 4-H program facilitates learning for "at risk" students, those that require great support and homework assistance. We are searching for tutors who can assist in tutoring in core subject areas, namely Mathematics and Physics, as well as in literacy- Reading and Writing. We at 4-H will provide you with the tools and training you'll need to be a great mentor to our wonderful students in their pursuit to succeed!
