**This opportunity takes place on the Racine Building, Lake Building, Student Commons, Garden Room.
Bring or join a team of 6 to learn about homelessness in our region while completing tasks at four stations:
Station 1: Pack Hygiene Bags
Station 2: Make a warm scarf
Station 3: Work together to complete a no-sew tie blanket
Station 4: Create your Action Statement
From 8:00 am - 12:00 pm, groups of 6 start in 1-hour shifts (which start every 30 minutes) to complete the tasks at each of these stations. We expect to be able to pack 100 hygiene bags per campus, 100 scarves per campus, and 30+ blankets. All items will be distributed to local homeless shelters in Kenosha, Racine, and Walworth Counties.
