Come out and enjoy Bull Creek with us on a community hike. Starting at 5344 Old Spicewood Springs Rd, we'll explore the Lower Bull Creek Greenbelt trail. David Cook will share information about the Bull Creek Watershed and the flora and fauna that call it home. We may also explore the old homestead along the Greenbelt. Be prepared to get your feet wet because we will be crossing the creek at least once during our explorations. This hike is intended for adults, but kids ages 8 and up are welcome We will start at the parking lot at 5344 Old Spicewood Springs Rd. All participants, regardless of age, must register through Give Pulse in order to acknowledge the waiver.
DIRECTIONS:
The general directions are from the intersection of Loop 360 and US 183 head SOUTH on Loop 360. At the second light (the first light is Great Hills Trail) turn LEFT onto Spicewood Springs Road, EAST bound. Travel about .2 miles and turn RIGHT onto Old Spicewood Springs Road. On your RIGHT about .2 miles there will be a PAVED parking lot with a small restroom building. We will meet there. If you go UNDER the Loop 360 bridge you have gone too far.
