Join us for our Denver Digs Trees Site Inspector Training on Saturday, February 2nd, from 9am-1pm at Barnum Recreation Center. Learn about the Denver Digs Trees process and how to inspect properties for proper street tree planting locations. 

At the training, you will learn all about how to fulfill the role of Denver Digs Trees site inspector. There will be classroom and field components with plenty of materials and expertise to guide you! Site Inspectors perform a crucial role in insuring all trees planted in the public right-of-way are adhering to the City of Denver's guidelines. 

Once you complete the training, you are qualified to perform inspections independently. You can pick a neighborhood of your choosing and complete the inspections on your own time. This is a great, flexible opportunity to learn a new skill, communicate with the public, get to know new areas of the city, and have an impact on Denver's urban forest!
