Description
The UT Volunteer Fair is an annual event, set up as a place for local agencies and non-profits to meet UT students and professors who are looking for volunteer connections. Registration for a table at the UT Volunteer Fair is on a first-come, first-registered basis. You will receive a standard confirmation immediately following your registration, and once all spots are filled, registrants will receive detailed instructions for the event, or information about the wait-list. We look forward to seeing you there!

*New for 2015!* - The fall Volunteer Fair will be the ONLY Volunteer Fair for this academic year!  Due to much lower attendance and unpredictable weather each spring, we have decided to discontinue to the spring Fair.  We will focus our efforts on increasing resources and attendance at the fall Fair, where we have seen higher attendance, more attention from campus and community organizations, and much better weather.  We will make every effort to publicize the spring events and volunteer needs of our affiliates through GivePulse, our Serve Here Spotlight, and social media, and we hope to see you at the Fair!

Requirements
Internet Access
If you would like wireless internet access for your organization, send an email to utlcce@austin.utexas.edu. Please include your organization's business address, phone number, and a contact name. This information will sent to our IT department so they can create guest access accounts for the day of the fair.

***NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY***
If we do not receive 24 hour advance notice for non-attendance, organizations will be automatically placed on the wait list for future fairs. Though we understand emergencies occur and weather changes, please make every attempt to notify our office 12 hours before the fair so that we may offer your spot to organizations on the wait list.
Parking DetailsParking Guidelines for the Fair:
1). Use flashers to drop off materials at the Speedway Plaza, then find parking. Note that campus parking is very limited, and Brazos Garage is the closest available garage.

2) Other metered parking is available throughout campus. Maps can be provided upon request.

3) Handicap accessible parking is available along Speedway Mall.
