About
Colorado River Alliance and Travis County Parks are excited to host the 28th annual Lake Travis Cleanup on Sunday, September 11th. This year, the event will take place at parks around Lake Travis as well as offer an at home option for people who prefer to work in their own neighborhoods. Please join us as we work safety together to remove trash from the shoreline and Travis County Parks around the lake that feed into the Texas Colorado River Basin.
Register today to volunteer or sign up to volunteer in your neighborhood. Note that many of the park sites offer either a morning or afternoon shift. If you are a diver, we invite you to directly contact participating local dive shops. View the list of participating shops at https://laketraviscleanup.org/dive-volunteers/
Rain Plan? The event will proceed rain or shine. While we don't anticipate problems, if there are severe storms while you are volunteering, please take cover and stay away from open water.
Already Registered to Volunteer? This year, we’re pleased to share with you a Digital Program for the event with information about the Cleanup and a thank you to our sponsors. Don’t miss the virtual Swag Bag with coupons and discounts for post-event fun as well as information about the Photo Contest with Prizes near the end of the Program.
Questions? Feel free to email volunteer@coloradoriver.org.
*Park locations may be subject to last-minute schedule changes or additional safety precautions based on the latest COVID-19 regulations, so please be flexible and understanding if there are changes made to your site. Thank you in advance!
