Global Marijuana March of North Texas

Saturday, May 2nd, 2015 from 10:00am to 9:00pm

About

For the 3rd year in a row, DFW NORML and Mambo's Tapas Cantina proudly present the Global Marijuana March of North Texas, featuring speakers, live music, vendor booths, prizes and a march for marijuana to the historic Tarrant County Courthouse.

Whether you support medical marijuana, industrial hemp, recreational cannabis for responsible adults or the religious use of marijuana, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML) supports your rights to freedom and fairness.

Last year this event drew nearly 5,000 attendees with zero arrests made by the Fort Worth Police Department and almost no media coverage at all. This year we're expecting an even larger crowd to attend and we need your help promoting the event online as well as making the phones ring at your favorite media outlets (TV, radio, web, print) to demand they give this event the coverage it deserves.

Stay tuned for updates including the schedule of events, speakers, bands, sponsors and more. Isn't it high time YOU got involved? Send an invite right now to 10 friends and help us grow this event to be our biggest public demonstration by Texans against cannabis prohibition ever.

Remember all volunteers need to check in at the table before starting their shift. Look for the Volunteer Check In sign.
