Join us on March 2nd, 2024 for UT Austin's largest student-run day of service! During this huge day of service, volunteers come together in partnership with local Austin neighborhoods. Together, we engage with our local communities to empower one another and contribute to growing our communities.
This year we will be in the Dove Springs neighborhood. The day is split into two volunteer shift, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Volunteer check in for the morning shift begins at 9AM. Check in for the afternoon shift begins at 12PM. Following both check-ins we will have a kickoff event with music, food, and VIP speakers!
This is a wonderful opportunity to engage in and give back to your local community + gain valuable leadership skills and service hours to put on your resume as well! We will be helping with various requested beautification, gardening, painting projects, and more!

Project 2024 is offering free shuttles that will take volunteers from UT to The Project and back!
Shuttles will pick up volunteers in front of Kinsolving Hall (2605 Whitis Ave) at the following times:
- AM Shift Pickups: 8:00am & 8:30am
- PM Shift Pickups: 11:00am & 11:30am
Shuttles will bring volunteers to Project HQ (5801 Ainez Dr) for Check-in and Kick Off. This is where all volunteers must start the day to sign waivers, receive t-shirts, and check out our Kickoff Ceremony!
- AM Check-in/Kick Off begins at 9:00am
- PM Check-in/Kick Off begins at 12:00pm
At the end of each shift, shuttles will return volunteers to UT.
- AM Shift volunteers will return to UT around 3:00pm
- PM Shift volunteers will return to UT around 6:00pm
