The SCP AmeriCorps State program supports organizations that focus on addressing social determinants of health in their communities.

SCP AmeriCorps members serving in health-related programs focus on addressing the social determinants of health in their communities. AmeriCorps members receive training and support to develop professional development in areas such as community outreach, program development, volunteer management. This training helps build organizations' capacity to address their communities needs.
