MSU Campus Garden

Missouri State University Campus Garden
Grow. Educate. Serve.

The MSU Campus Garden is a collaborative project by MSU Sustainability, The Darr College of Agriculture, and Springfield Community Gardens.

The MSU Campus Garden mission is to serve as a sustainable and educational resource that integrates public affairs through fostering experiential relationships with the Campus and Springfield community, while providing organic produce to students, faculty, and staff.

The vision of The MSU Campus Garden is to be an educational and social hub on campus for students and community members to engage in sustainable service learning, while enjoying the benefits of a fruitful and beautiful landscape.

Sustainability-We believe that sharing the experience of growing organically will bring about more sustainable-minded community members.

Community- We strive to work with community and campus partners to build relationships and provide a positive experience for volunteers, visitors, and members.

Education-Providing an educational experience to all of our garden visitors is a driving factor for our everyday garden operations, as well as our future growth plans.
