Mid-Pen Services' goal is to provide free, easily accessible, high-quality programs and services to Mid-Pen residents to enhance their lives and position them for success. All Mid-Pen Services' programs and services are free of charge to Mid-Pen residents and are provided on-site and usually just steps away from residents' apartments. Because of our services, many residents are able to maintain housing stability or independent living, attain higher education, advance in careers, and create a better future for themselves and their families.
Mission: Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition (Mid-Pen) is a leading non-profit that develops and manages affordable rental housing for over 14,000 low-income families, seniors, and people with special needs in eight counties in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay region. To support the needs of its residents, Mid-Pen created its services department in 1993 and incorporated Mid-Peninsula Housing Services Corporation (Mid-Pen Services) in 2001. It is the mission of Mid-Pen and Mid-Pen Services to provide safe, affordable shelter of high quality to those in need; to establish stability and opportunity in the lives of residents; and to foster communities that allow people from all ethnic, social and economic backgrounds to live in dignity, harmony and mutual respect.
