You are helping another person to make informed decision about hospice care and its benefits.You had been diagnosed with a wide range of life-limiting illnesses, including but not limited to cancer; heart disease; stroke. COPD; liver and kidney disease; multiple sclerosis; ALS; Alzheimers; and Aids.You want us to talk to your primary care or attending physician about hospice care and palliative care.Everything had been done and nothing works for your terminal diagnosis, then you may consider another health care option - hospice care which is covered by Medicare Part A; Medicaid; and other types of private insurance. Your regular Medicare benefits still covers your other health condition.You want us to help you go through this last phase of your life’s journey in a familiar home environment and spending an enhanced quality of life with your family.You want us to talk to your community groups, organizations , families and friend, retirement groups, nursing homes interested in hospice care,

It is the service of making symptoms and pain manageable and comfortable. Our hospice program makes the end of life stage more dignified and pain-free.
