About
Paws In The City has spent over 5 years rescuing and healing the abused, neglected and abandoned dogs and cats of our community. We focus on rescuing dogs and cats from the City of Dallas municipal shelter because they must euthanize almost 30,000 animals every year. We hope to make a difference.We currently do not have a shelter, but utilize foster homes and boarding facilities to board the animals in our care until a forever home can be found. Therefore we do not have employee or shelter related costs. Every dollar raised goes to foster, adoption, training, medical and spay/neuter programs.

** Providing a Medical Assistance Fund which offers the public help with expensive surgeries or treatments that they could not afford on their own (for qualified applicants only)
