HART rescues adoptable companion animals from local shelters and cares for them in foster homes until permanent adoptive homes are found.

Mission: HART is a non-profit, tax-exempt all volunteer organization dedicated to rescuing adoptable companion animals from local animal control agencies and fostering them until permanent homes can be found. We maintain an educational program to encourage owners to spay or neuter their companion animals, and to promote the humane treatment of all animals.
