Texas CARES

Texas CARES is a non-profit animal welfare organization which provides for homeless and unwanted pets, primarily cats and kittens, in the Dallas-Plano area. We are a no-kill, all volunteer organization who rely on foster homes to house its animals until permanent homes are found for them.

Mission: Texas Companion Animal Resource and Education Society is dedicated to the welfare of companion animals and education of the public about the humane treatment of animals and responsible pet ownership.
