Mission: Child Advocates San Antonio or CASA’s mission is to recruit, train and supervise court-appointed advocates who provide constancy for abused and neglected children and youth while advocating for services and placement in safe and permanent homes. CASA volunteers serve as an independent voice in court for abused and neglected children in San Antonio, TX. CASA staff and volunteers work together in the best interests of the children.
