We offer a hot lunch meal, laundry services, private shower & lavatory facilities and case management to people living on the streets of Houston. Over 600 clients receive services each day of operation. The Beacon Day center is open Friday through Monday from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM

Mission: The Beacon was opened in 2007 as a comprehensive ministry serving the needs of Houston's homeless. Through our programs, The Beacon Day Center, Brigid's Hope, Cathedral Justice Project & The Cathedral Health Clinic, we address hunger, health, hygiene, employment, legal and housing issues.
