A scout today, a Leader tomorrow.....The Capitol Area Council is Proud to support and provide Scouting programs in 15 Central Texas counties: Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, DeWitt, Fayette, Gillespie, Gonzalez, Hays, Lavaca, Lee, Llano, Mason, Travis and Williamson.

We provide scouting programs to youth ages 7-21 and beyond. We have various community events throughout the year that provide opportunities for youth and their families to participate in outdoor activities including: camping, fishing, hiking, neighborhood clean ups, and many more.
