Transition Options in Post Secondary Settings for Students with Intellectual and Developmental Disab

The Ohio State University TOPS program is an inclusive adult postsecondary opportunity for students with intellectual disabilities attending OSUs Columbus campus. A TOPS student intern enrolls in Disability Studies 5191 in order to provide services to TOPS participants in small groups or one-on one activities while earning OSU course credit. The course can be taken for 1-3 credit hours (three hours per week for each credit hour taken). These activities include tutoring or social coaching to support TOPS students in social and community service activities on and off campus.
