Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center

The Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center mediates, at no charge, civil disputes such as those between businesses and customers; landlords and tenants; neighbors; friends; or family members, including parents dealing with child visitation concerns. Information is also offered about government, legal service agencies, social services, and community resources which might also be helpful in dealing with the situation. Mediation helps the parties reach a mutually acceptable agreement with the assistance of a neutral third party, the mediator, and can help avoid the expense of going to court in many cases. BCDRC hours are Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5 p.m. All services are available in English and Spanish.
