Turningpoint for Victims of Domestic and Sexual Violence has provided services to victims and survivors in Pierce and St. Croix Counties for nearly 40 years. The organization offers a 21-bed crisis shelter, legal services support, 24-hour phone and text crisis lines, one-on-one support, information and referral services, sexual assault crisis services, children's programming, support groups, and other programs and services. In addition to our River Falls crisis shelter, Turningpoint provides services at our Second Chances Building (above our Second Chances Thrift Store), at our offices in New Richmond, and through a unique partnership with Western Wisconsin Health in Baldwin. All programs and services are confidential and free of charge.
