Mission The Alief Homeless Outreach Project (AHOP) is dedicated to end homelessness of unaccompanied teens (ages 13 to 19) as well as homeless families with school age children who reside in the Alief community. Intervention programs will focus on transforming and inspiring lives by providing support programs which will include advocacy services, housing options, recreational opportunities, employment services, and educational programs and services. AHOP believes that every person is entitled to the dignity and housing. General Information AHOP meetings are held at least twice a month as the group transforms the Alief community.
