STARRY Counseling - Plano

The Counseling Program provides counseling services to children, youth and families in 32 Texas counties. Counseling offices are located in Plano, McKinney, Round Rock, Stephenville, Temple, Waco and Wichita Falls. Programs include education and community outreach to minimize the risk of child abuse and neglect; crisis intervention counseling, which helps resolve family crisis situations; and parenting programs that include groups, classes and community workshops that give parents the tools they need to help their children grow and succeed.

STARRY, a Children At Heart Ministry, is a state-funded nonprofit that provides individual, group, and family counseling services AT NO COST to children ages 0-17 and their families.
