Nature and Purpose of Agency
Project Hospitality seeks to realize its mission both by advocating for those in need and
by establishing a comprehensive continuum of care that begins with the provision of
food, clothing and shelter and extends to other services which include health care,
mental health, alcohol and substance abuse treatment, HIV care and education,
vocational training, legal assistance, and transitional and permanent housing.
St Paul's Assumption is a Church serving their community with religious services and
also with addressing food security issues. They welcome help at their soup kitchen on
Sunday Nights.
Tasks Available for Students
Students are able to assist with the soup kitchen and food pantry during the day during
the shifts available below. In the evening, students can assist with the Positive Living
Dinner, a program for HIV/AIDS-positive individuals.
