EMPOWER is a program at the University of Arkansas for students with a mild Intellectual Disability.  Students attend traditional college classes on campus for audit and participate in campus activities.  Peer mentors work with EMPOWER students to explore the campus, participate in activities, eat lunch, and work on any homework as needed.
Shifts/time vary from day to day (various open shifts from 10-5) and weekend shifts are flexible to accommodate the student and mentors schedule.
