The Pond Street Project is an historic site investigation that aims to build a detailed archive of the history of a neighborhood on the west side of Providence. In partnership with the Providence Public Library, the project aims to build community-oriented archival and oral history events, build a web interface that offers thematic and geographic access to the archive, and invites community organizations and individuals to create art and narrative projects using that history.
