About
Established in 1986, Starlight Children's Foundation Midwest covers the four state region of IL, IN, MI, and WI and serves the most medically complex and seriously ill children and their families. Our programs are offered both in and out of the hospital, from diagnosis through treatment, and reach more than 16,000 seriously ill children and their families each month.
Starlight offers families the chance to come together as a supportive community, while giving their kids a chance to just be kids. Our Great Escapes program gives these youngsters the opportunity to experience some truly unique outings and adventures, while our in-hospital programs, such as the Fun Center Wii on wheels, break up the routine of tests and procedures.
