About
Imagine is a year-round grief support center for children, teens and adults coping with loss due to death, illness, suicide or other trauma. We serve children age 3-18 and their parents and young adults 18-30 in bi-weekly peer support groups facilaited by trained adult volunteers and overseen by our clinical staff. (Support groups for adults without school-age children are available through our partnership with the Center for Life Transition in Chatham.)
Mission: The mission of Imagine is to provide support, advocacy, and education for children, teens, adults and communities coping with loss due to death or illness. We provide a safe and loving community that fosters the development of resiliency and emotional well-being where children, teens and adults learn lifelong healthy coping skills and make meaning from their loss that allows for growth and transformation.
