Uniting Against Lung Cancer (UALC) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to funding innovative research that enables patients, smokers and non-smokers alike, to win their battles with lung cancer and live healthy, cancer-free lives years after diagnosis.
With our partners around the country, we raise awareness of the facts of lung cancer in order to eliminate the stigma that surrounds the disease and raise critical funds for research. Our organizations key objective is to fund innovative lung cancer research that will lead to a cure.
To date we have awarded $8.5 million to academic investigators engaged in innovative lung cancer research across the country. Our program focuses on funding research with the potential to make a significant impact on treatment and a cure.
