The Caring Community

The Caring Community is a nonprofit agency that provides a wide variety of social services to the elderly of Greenwich Village. We serve lunch to 300+ seniors every day; we have classes on topics ranging from Advanced Italian to Stretch & Tone; we have a large team of trained Social Workers that is dedicated to connecting seniors to their benefits and entitlements, as well as a host of other case assistance issues; and we have extensive Volunteer, Money Management and Homebound Repair programs. We have four centers in and around lower Manhattan.
