About

Description
The Guild Home is a not-for-profit nursing facility for people with visual and other impairments. Located on park-like grounds in Yonkers, the Guild has been serving the community since 1914.

Our facilities include:

The Home for elderly men and women with visual and other impairments. The Newman Center for Alzheimer Care, a residential facility catering to the specific needs of those living with Alzheimer's Disease. The Magda and Michael Felkay Center, offering care for patients with AIDS. GuildCare, a comprehensive day healthcare program for visually impaired adults.

With so many services being provided to the community, volunteers have a wealth of opportunities to do good works.

Improve your world, improve your outlook and improve the day of just one person! Volunteer at the Guild Home.

Mission: The mission of the Guild Home is to provide care to those with visual and other impairments in a professional and ethical manner.
