About
RSVP recruits, trains, and monitors volunteers age 55 and over for service in local community organizations. In addition to the eight specialized programs the agency offers, volunteers are placed in community agencies such as hospitals, nursing homes, schools, public libraries and nutrition sites on a request basis.
Mission: RSVP promotes the skills, abilities and accumulated wisdom of persons age 55 and over as valuable volunteer resources in service to the Bergen County community. RSVP volunteers annually provide thousands of hours of service which enhance the quality of life in our towns and demonstrate measurable positive impact on the needs of Bergen County residents.
