Montebello Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) is a non profit 501 (C) (3) agency, that provides services to communities. Our counseling staff provides financial literacy training, understanding the home purchase process, foreclosure prevention and many other services.
We have silent second Cal Home Loans of up to $55,000
We assist families that qualify for $15,000 in WISH funds.
We provide counseling and First Time Homebuyer Programs
We provide Homebuyer Certification Programs approved by HUD
