The Children's Nature Institute

The Children's Nature Institute (CNI) focuses on fostering the social development, academic enrichment, and environmental stewardship of children, families and communities in the most underserved areas of Los Angeles County. CNI is the only environmental education organization in Los Angeles providing direct experiences with nature to children during their most formative years: birth to age 8.

Mission: The mission of The Children's Nature Institute is to educate children, families and communities through interactive experiences with nature and to inspire respect, responsibility and a connection to the natural environment.
