Mission: The Latino Equality Alliance (LEA) was established in 2008 after Proposition 8, which removed from the California Constitution equal rights from the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) members of our community. Through an alliance of organizations and individuals, we work in collaboration to promote liberty, equality, and justice for LGBT people through advocacy, outreach and public education.
