Developed by the Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs, Young Entrepreneurs Series (YES) is an award-winning educational program that provides top-quality, hands-on entrepreneurship education to young girls age 14 to 18.
The goals of the YES program are to increase and improve economic opportunities for young girls and to teach young people how to build businesses that create jobs and contribute towards economic development.
Through a series of unique educational experiences, the YES program helps teen girls launch a company, establish a not-for-profit social enterprise, prepare for leadership roles, and succeed in today's global society.
Mission: Our mission is to promote entrepreneurial awareness among young girls through a series of educational programs and hands-on experiences that prepares them to be responsible, enterprising individuals who contribute to the economic development of the community.
