The CCBDD serves more than 9,000 infants, children and adults in Cuyahoga County who have mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. Most recognizable are our schools, adult workshops and group homes.
Mission: As an integral member of the community, our mission is to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in choosing and achieving a life of increasing capability such that they can live, learn, work and play in the community and to assist and support their families in achieving this objective.
