JA offers more than 20 age-appropriate educational programs that focus on business, citizenship, economics, entrepreneurship, ethics, financial literacy and career development for students in grades K-12 in schools and after school settings throughout Central Maryland. All JA programs are correlated to Maryland State Department of Education and national standards allowing our trained business role model volunteers into the classroom to bring JA programs to life.

Mission: Junior Achievement (JA) is dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in a global economy by partnering with the business community to provide programs and volunteers in schools and in after-school settings for students in Kindergarten through 12 th grade.
