Alameda Point Collaborative (APC), a supportive housing community, uses all of its resources to help families and individuals break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. As the largest supportive housing provider for homeless families in Alameda County, APC offers a wide range of services that includes employment assistance, children and youth services, and support services. APC is dedicated to creating communities where formerly homeless families and individuals can thrive.
