CHS is a community based, nonprofit, multi-services agency that has been a resource to children, youth, adults, and families since 1970. We believe that the most critical element for strengthening a community is to strengthen its members and their families through preventive and responsive programs. We strive to offer programs that are strengths-based, family-focused, client-centered, integrated, and culturally competent.
